Summer Riding Camp is a great opportunity for younger equestrians!
Our program is designed for boys and girls ages four and up, whether you are new to horses or an experienced rider. Each morning, campers will participate in an hour group English riding lesson. We have horses of all sizes and levels to accommodate each rider, campers will groom and tack up their own horses. The afternoons are spent in unmounted instruction. Topics include daily care, nutrition, breeds, colors, parts of the horse and tack, disciplines, health and other important parts of horsemanship. During the week, campers will design and paint horse shoes. When you think you know it all there is always more to learn!
